Our teen and adult program is growing and we love it! 💯🙌🤩
We love our families so much 🥰
These were taken at our belt testing last week!
Reminder to call your mom or dad or grandparents or aunt or uncle or friend (just call someone you love!) if you haven’t in awhile because they do a lot for us, even when we are big kids (AKA adults)📞♥️
And to our teen and adult testers—you’re all rockstars. It’s really hard to stay committed to something as you get older and this group of gentleman really are dedicated and they give it their all. We really enjoy your company and are excited to see you grow. Thank you for being part of Neo! Congrats to you for your next patch/belt @claritymc909 @dylanjdelgado, and our “Vinces”! 😂(Vinnie and Vince)
Also, I apologize in advance for my annoying voice in the videos 🤦🏻♀️
Our littles class did so wonderful at their patch testing on Wednesday! They are working hard on their focus and learning the foundation of a martial arts lifestyle! Great job to all of you! We are super proud! ⭐️🙌🤩
Jumping into their next patch/belt 🙌🤩So proud of these kiddos! Great job to our 9-12 year old crew and their hard work!!!🥋⭐️
We had a great tournament today! Thank you to all the parents and students that came out today! We had a whole lot of fun and we had two first time competitors with us that did AMAZING!!!! ⭐️

We’ve been looking more and more into our City’s history. Jesse and I have been residents of Rancho Cucamonga since we were tiny and are just realizing how much history ol’ Rancho has.
This dilapidated building is right behind the studio. We’ve driven past it one million times but knew nothing about it.
This little house is called the “China House.” And according to the Daily Bulletin, “In the 1880s, Chinese laborers who had helped build the transcontinental railroad settled in an area of Rancho Cucamonga near the present-day intersection of San Bernardino Road and Archibald Avenue where they found agricultural work.”
We had no idea this was a little general store for the Chinese community of Rancho! Isn’t that so very cool??
It is in danger of being demolished, but that’s been on the books since 2012. There’s talk of knocking it down and building a monument with its remaining bricks.
We are interested in looking into this little structure more and perhaps seeing how our little Neo community can help preserve it in some way.
We will be posting more Cucamonga history facts each week! 🍇⛰
