We had a fun beach cleanup today! I’m so sorry to the few families that we didn’t get together with but we love you and thank you for coming! There wasn’t a huge amount of trash, but we had fun picking it up and hanging out with the Neo fam!
Happy 4th, everyone! Hope it was a fun day! 🎆🍉♥️☀️
Happy bday Vin! This pic reminds me of teeny tiny you♥️♥️

#fbf to @morgankumi13 executing a perfect t-sweep into an arm bar! Logan stood his ground though! Awesome match 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
After fight camp hangout! 🙌 You kids work hard and deserve some fun! 🤗
We had a great night with the Neo fam yesterday! We went to se Incredibles 2! Thanks for coming, y’all! ♥️🍿
First kid fight camp ever happened this Saturday! They have about 6 weeks still—this is an intense challenge for all of them and we require they go through it to earn their black belts. Stay tuned for more videos and pics as the camp progresses! It’s going to be amazing to see how these students grow! 🌱🥊Thank you to our dedicated parents as well! We know it’s hard to wake up and drive them to class during summer! We appreciate your effort!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
A very real post.
I want to apologize for not posting on here more regularly. And I want to apologize to my dear studio family for not being at Neo very often.
Having this baby has become all-consuming, but in a good way.
I can see our posts falling off the radar, our followers slipping away. Even our studio is feeling the change. Students that were there for a long time have come and gone. And that’s ok. Change is good for everyone.
Jesse and I started the studio as a partnership and having part of that partnership fall away has been tough for him. He’s taken on a lot more than most business owners.
I don’t quite know what the point of this post is, but I guess it’s just to say I’m here and I’m trying to be more conscious and work on coming to the studio more. I don’t want to give you excuses, I want to give you hugs and ask how you are doing. Heck, I don’t even know a lot of our new students and their families! That’s hard for me to admit.
Neo was always “more than just martial arts.” It was a means to make the world a better place. We want to keep doing that.
So we are here. We’ve slowly been catching up on sleep (only been about a year 🙄) and we are coming back to who we were when Neo was first born.
We will see you at the studio very soon—just a few more days!
